Inscyte is heading to Education Estates 2026.

The biggest event in the education estates calendar is back. And this year, so are we.

Inscyte will be at Education Estates 2026, live at Manchester Central on 20 and 21 October. Come and find us on stand 112.

Education Estates is the UK's leading event for education infrastructure, delivered in partnership with the Department for Education. More than 5,000 people will be there: MAT leaders, estates directors, local authorities, universities and government. Over 70% of them make or shape the decisions. It is where the sector's biggest conversations happen. We intend to be in the middle of them. Inscyte is a specialist in PFI and estates management. We do not sell advice by the day. We run the estate alongside you.

Who you will meet?

The Inscyte team will be on the stand across both days: Ian Denison, Stuart McAlpine, Rachel Forbes, Reece Child and Joe Godkin. Wrestling with a PFI expiry, a compliance deadline or a plan for your whole estate? These are the people to talk to. Get to know the team on our meet the team page.

We are bringing something to show you.

We have secured two EduFringe sessions across the two days. No slides. No jargon. Just a live, hands-on look at what a modern, data-driven estate feels like to manage. See the full EduFringe session listing.

Catch our EduFringe demo, See Your Estate Come Alive, at stand 112:

  • Tuesday 20 October, 15:15
  • Wednesday 21 October, 10:50

Our service partners will be on stand 112 throughout, ready to answer any technical question on our fully interactive demo.
