Yes. Every school must hold a current fire risk assessment under the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005, reviewed regularly and after any significant change to the building. Inscyte carries out school fire risk assessments, fire strategy and fire door surveys through designated technical experts.
What is a strategic asset management plan for schools?
A strategic asset management plan is a costed, long-term view of a school estate: its condition, its assets and the investment needed over the next five years. Inscyte builds the condition surveys, asset registers and lifecycle plans that turn an ageing estate into a plan you can fund and defend.

Do you only support schools in PFI contracts?
No. Inscyte Support works with any school, academy or trust, in a PFI contract or long out of one. Post-handback estates, non-PFI schools and local authorities all use Inscyte Support to run compliance, maintenance and capital works.
