We were approached by Lancashire County Council,  to investigate, carry out site surveys and make recommendations to achieve all year availability of the sports pitches.  

BCC commissioned us to provide expert advice, challenge the SPV’s/FM Providers benchmarking proposals and lead the negotiations from the Council’s perspective. 

The Academy’s financial position was being detrimentally affected by excessive operational costs to keep the school running in line with the Services Specification. 

The City Council needed to deliver 8 capital schemes on 5 PFI sites across 3 distinct and very different PFI contracts.
