Legal Services Manager

Yvonne is a barrister having been called to the Bar in 1997. She has 25 years’ experience within both the public and private sector dealing with complex commercial disputes. Yvonne provides internal advice to Inscyte colleagues.

Andrew Chubb

Co-Founder of Project PFI

A former Academy Principal and CEO of a Multi Academy Trust, Andrew has over 30 years’ experience in education, including the design and build of two brand new academies and associated contract management challenges.

Faye Martin

Senior Contracts Manager

Faye has over 14 year’s experience in property maintenance, contract management, health and safety and statutory compliance in PFI healthcare and social housing. Faye will be providing technical and contractual support across Inscyte to support our Clients and the Inscyte team.

Business Development Manager

Sabrina has over 8 years of experience across start-ups and large corporations. She has a strong track record of exceeding targets, securing contracts and leading successful teams. She's brings a strategic mindset and a client-focused approach and provides business development within Inscyte.

Philip has over 30 year’s experience in engineering, contract and project management within the health sector both within the UK and Overseas, bringing across his skill set to help provide contract management support to our client base.

Sofie Brown

Senior Contracts Manager



Sofie comes from a private sector background and brings to Inscyte experience within hospitality, interior design and facilities management.  Sofie is adept at understanding the complexities of contractual compliance and operational service delivery, and uses all of her experience and skills in order to meet our clients’ needs.

Midlands Region

Charlotte has over 10 years’ experience in estate and project management and has a keen eye for detail. Charlotte has a wealth of experience in understanding and reading complex contracts, service specifications and site plans, and conducting contractor surveys & client based audits.

South Region

Annabel has a background in project management and facility management, which has allowed her to develop a keen eye for detail, efficiency, and good communication abilities. Additionally, her experience in customer service within a coworking setting has refined her ability to handle diverse client needs and foster a collaborative environment.

Senior Contracts Manager



With nearly 10 years experience in the public sector, Reece has developed a strong understanding of operational needs. Alongside this, a great relationship management and negotiation skill set through his work with PFI projects. This has been developed through years of managing different teams and a number of projects for the local authority.

Arron is a highly qualified professional with a master's degree in Global Supply Chain Management and a BSC politics and philosophy. With extensive expertise in supply chain and project management.

Debra is an experienced Project Administrator who has worked both in public and private sector roles.  Debra provides project support to our regional teams with a keen eye for detail.   

Emma Ayre

Midlands  & Yorkshire Region

Emma has a diverse professional career across the public and private sectors. Emma has a background in teaching within secondary education. Prior to that, Emma worked as a Project Coordinator in facilities management for a nationwide private sector organisation and served as a Project Support Officer for a Local Authority.

Senior Contracts Manager



Andria brings 15 years PFI experience to the Inscyte Team. Her natural analytical approach and understanding of Contractual Compliance, Statutory Compliance along with her background in FM and SPV gives her a keen understanding to support the growth of the Company.

Kate Blundell

Office Manager

Kate has over 12 years of experience in administration and data entry, a background in the motor automotive industry, and working in complex and challenging environments. Kate is the office administrator to the three directors at Inscyte.

Joanne Gaertner

Portal and Support Desk Coordinator

Jo has 3 years’ experience in the education sector and over 12 years' professional office administration experience specialising in data and customer information management and working across complex issues in various challenging environments.  Jo manages our client PFI Portal Support Service and provides contract management support on behalf of our clients.
